formed in June 2008 operates in the Open Innovation/External Sourcing space. Reperio-Tech
offers confidential services to businesses and individuals operating in the
healthcare, consumer product and cosmetic product sectors.
Services offered are centered on defining
client's external sourcing needs, searching, finding, screening and recommending
technologies. Additional services offered if desired by the client include project-management,
conduct of mini-due diligence and confidential, deal-related information
gathering.
Customized one-on-one services are offered to “support”
companies and individual inventors. Product
development and/or business strategy framework needs can be assessed and
developed.
“Value added" services will be offered via a growing, collaborative network,
some of which are based out of low-cost countries. The areas under exploration
include: development of new compounds i.e. custom synthesis, product prototype
development, pilot batch production, proof-of-principle assessments, innovative
packaging design/ development, regulatory development assistance, IP
assessments and consumer-focused early market research.
